AR/WS places a strong emphasis on the professional development of its staff through ongoing education, including coursework and seminars offered by the International Right of Way Association (IRWA), the Appraisal Institute, and various legal training programs. Several staff members hold professional designations from the IRWA and the Appraisal Institute, and AR/WS staff includes IRWA-approved course instructors in the appraisal and relocation disciplines.

AR/WS team members consistently deliver high-quality work while providing respectful, professional service to affected property owners and project occupants. Much of the firm’s experience involves delivering property rights for federally funded projects, supported by teams that have worked together on numerous similar assignments. Many AR/WS professionals are cross-trained across disciplines and have also served as project managers, further strengthening team flexibility and leadership.
